We collect only what we need to run your store and your buyers' orders, and we never sell personal data.
What we collect
- Sellers: name, email, phone, store details and billing history.
- Buyers: name, phone, delivery address and order history, collected on behalf of the seller.
- Usage: basic logs and analytics to keep the platform secure and fast.
How we use it
To host stores, process orders, send OTP codes and order updates, prevent fraud, provide support and improve the product.
Fraud shield
To reduce fake cash-on-delivery orders, we compute a risk score from delivery outcomes linked to a phone number across stores on our platform. Only the score and a short reason are shown to sellers — never another store's customer details.
AI processing
Photos and text you submit to AI Snap & Sell are sent to our AI provider solely to generate your listing and are not used to build public profiles.
Sharing
We share data with payment gateways, couriers and SMS providers only as needed to complete orders, and with authorities when legally required.
