Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Dokan AI ("we", "us") to create and run an online store. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account and your staff accounts.

2. Your store and content

You own your products, photos, customer data and brand. You grant us a limited licence to host and display that content so your store works. You must not sell illegal, counterfeit or prohibited goods.

3. AI-generated listings

AI Snap & Sell drafts listings to save you time. Review every listing before publishing — you are responsible for the accuracy of product claims, prices and descriptions.

4. Plans, trials and billing

• New stores get a 30-day free trial, extended to 60 days at 10 orders and 90 days at 50 orders.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in BDT. Annual plans include two months free.
• Every paid plan includes unlimited orders. Add-ons such as SMS packs and extra AI credits are billed by usage.

5. Payments and deliveries

Payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz) and couriers (Pathao, Steadfast, RedX) are provided by third parties under their own terms. We pass order data to them only to complete your orders.

6. Availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Remedies for downtime are described in our Refund & SLA policy.

7. Ending your account

You may cancel at any time and export your products, customers and orders. We may suspend stores that break these terms or the law, with notice where possible.

8. Governing law
